The Old Testament Verses from 1-10 are talking about Babel is the cause of the scattered people on the face of earth and the difference in their languages.
The New Testament Verses from 1-10 are talking about John asked is Jesus is the one supposed to come or do we look for another? This question indicates that John was asking about a man not God!
The Noble Quran Verses from 1-10 are talking about The Quran is the book which teaches that we should worship none but Allah and seek the forgiveness of Him. If you turn away, then you will have got the Penalty of a Great Day. To Allah is your return at the Day of Judgment. Allah created the heavens and the earth in six Days. The sustenance of every creature on earth depends on Allah.

The Bible which talks about: 1) Total destruction of a whole city and killing of all the creatures but saving the gold and Iron, 2) Breaking down of many nations into pieces, 3) Sharp sword which will strike down the nations; and He will rule them with an Iron scepter and 4) the Iron creature(s) which has Iron -neck, Iron -teeth, Iron -limbs, or made totally of Iron.
Or the Quran which is the first book on Earth saying that the Iron has come down from the space and preceded the new discovery of "Nova and Supernova".

In respect to the effect(s) of lightning, the Bible says that the Lightning baths the depths of the sea, lights up the world and leads to peals of thunder, an earthquake, a great hailstorm and fire. Everyone trembled and stayed at a distance. The Bible also declares that the Lightning looks like Jesus' clothes, his face (a man), my judgments (Lord), His appearance (Angel), the Satan fall, the Son of man in his day, two men in gleamed clothes, the flashing sword.
Finally, the Bible proposes some scientific questions.
