It's been an emotional week this week, in a lot of ways. I don't think that there are any of us, reading this, who have failed to be touched by the events that happened in London on Thursday, in some way. I was actually in London on Thursday, on an NLP course, in Hammersmith, and as reports started coming in, one of the first thoughts was letting my loved ones, friends & family know how I was, and that I was safe and away from the trouble. Amazingly on the course, we spent some time sending out light ito the universe to help with the healing of the city. It's been a powerful testament to the people this week I think the way that the media has reported on the bombs & the reaction of the people of London. Even in the midst of such terror and pain there has been tales of support, sharing, community, and wanting to continue with life. So, a thought for all those who have died, or are ill, and a sharing of community for all of us.
