Leviticus 20:12 is talking about the penalty of the man, who commits adultery with his daughter-in-law. In this case, the Lord commands to kill both the man and the daughter; they are responsible for their own deaths.
In the Noble Quran, there is nothing like that; however, Allah Commands: "do not come anywhere near adultery" because Adultery is indeed an indecency, an abomination and an evil way to choose.
