How to handle an angry outburst written by Rhonda Scharf
Have you ever been so angry you couldn’t speak? I have avoided people after saying something I deeply regret. Experts tell us that the average explosion of anger is 45 seconds long. Try being on the receiving end of 45 seconds of anger, frustration, and undoubtedly unprofessional behaviour. Rather than focusing on your anger, focus on hearing what the other person is saying. Don’t listen to what they are saying—hearing and listening are two totally different things. Maintain eye contact. When the time has passed (to ensure they are indeed finished), put on your most “adult” voice, with as much calm as you can muster, and say, “I’m sorry you feel this way.”

According to the Bible you have to know 27 items.
According to the Quran you have to know 17 items.

Also, the Bible says: Know ye 1) Laban,2) this day,3) what I have done to you?,4) the Spirit of God; And Know ye that,5) Ramoth in Gilead is ours, 6) the Lord he is God,7) if ye put me to death,8) ye shall surely bring innocent blood upon yourselves, 9) the kingdom of God is nigh at hand,10) they which are of faith are the children of Abraham and11) Timothy is set at liberty. In addition, the Bible cites: Know ye not: 1) what I and my fathers have done unto all the people of other lands?,2) what these things mean?,3) this parable?, your own selves?,4) there is a prince,5) that so many of us were baptized into his death?,6) that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey,7) that the law hath dominion over a man,8) that ye are the temple of God,9) that a little leaven leaveneth the whole lump?,10) that we shall judge angels?, 1) that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God?,12) that your bodies are the members of Christ?,13) that he which is joined to an harlot is one body?,14) that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost, and 15) that they which run in a race run all

On the other hand, the Quran declares that the most important is to know that there is no god but Allah, therefore, ask Him "only" for forgiveness of your sin(s).
Also the Quran says: know that Allah is 1) with those who restrain themselves, 2) strict in punishment, 3) Exalted in Power, Wise, 4) Oft-Forgiving, Most Forbearing, Most Merciful, 5) your guardian (protector); and most excellent the helper, 6) with those who fear Him, 7) well-acquainted with all things, and 8) free of all wants, and worthy of all praise. In addition, the Quran cites: know that Allah 1)sees well what ye do, 2)hears and knows all things and everything things, 3) intervenes between man and his heart, and that to him you shall be gathered and desires to afflict them on account of some of their faults (sins).
Furthermore, the Quran says: know that:1) among you is Allah's Messenger and it is Our Messenger's duty to proclaim (the Message) in the clearest manner, 2) your children and your wealth are but a temptation, and that the reward with Allah is great (immense reward), 3) whatever thing you gain, a fifth of it is for…, 4) the life of this world is nothing in comparison to the Eternal Afterlife, 5) they only follow their own lusts, 6) you are to meet Allah (in the Hereafter) and you cannot frustrate Allah. And proclaim a grievous penalty to those who reject Faith and Allah will cover with shame those who reject Him.
