Also, the Bible says:" These men have power to shut up the sky so that it will not rain during the time"
On the other hand, the Quran declares that the Rain is a great blessing, the Rain has certain measure, the Rain is for Drink and Plant formation, the Rain makes the Earth Green, the Rain Produces Plants, Fruits, and Trees etc. the Rain gives life to the Dead Earth and Allah is capable to give life to the Dead, the same way as the Rain gives life to the Dead Earth!
