The priest willingly dishonored King David because he dwelled in Arabia, in the tents of Kedar, the son of Ishmael and he made prophecies about Muhammad (as you see in this article); they wrote in the Bible that King David Committed Adultery, Commanded to kill one of his best soldiers to hide his crime of adultery and to take his wife etc.
