This article is about the new Disney Movie opening this Friday High School Musical 2. The Disney channel puts out several new movies per year. Although by today's standards, (and since we are talking the Disney channel here) they are G-rated, being extremely suitable for kids, most would never be confused with Oscar-caliber, Best Movie type quality. When the original High School Musical debuted early last year, it created a sensation all across America. Many high schools across the country performed productions of the movie, as the movies popularity reached unheard of levels for a Disney movie.
