Goodwill South Texas is continuing the Circle of Hope. What they mean by this is the way Goodwill Industries is setup to help people. By receiving donations from people in the local area, they're able to employ people to fix up and sell those items. The money generated goes towards paying employees and also to fund various job training and work placement programs. This is the Circle of Hope.
