KKI, Paul F. Kisak and Jeffrey G. Peiffer win on all counts, over Avtec Systems, Incorporated, regarding development and ownership of the satellite simulation program Orbit, Orbit II, Orbit II Plus, ORION and all of its’ derivatives.
(case No. 94-2364 decided 13 September 1995, before Judge Ervin, Chief Judge, MURNAGHAN, Circuit Judge and PHILLIPS, Senior Circuit Judge.) The district court ordered that Avtec withdraw its registration of copyright for any version of the program.

The rate of divorces has increased drastically in recent years, not just in Australia but in many parts of the world.
