Who you are is not even remotely alike to who you think you are. “You” are “that”, the very movement and energetic motion in which not only this very thinking is arising, but in which everything is arising; not only the manifestation but also the unmanifestation.

“You” are the utter beyondness of “that” which begets all the forces and gods that bring into play all of life and existence - it is a very big deal. This one - “you” - is on its way into incarnating itself here at the physical level of manifest existence with the fullness and purity of itself through the very mindbody that you have otherwise mistakenly identified yourself to be.

“It” is flowing through your very eyes right now and you simply know it not. You are too busily being distracted by the arising “flotsam” of what you think to be your manifest world.

If you were to investigate (something that does not come easily for you) you would realize that your very sense of “you” - your amness - has nothing at all to do with this restless and chattering mind that you actually and seriously take to be your guidance in your daily living experience. How sad. It has you totally missing out on the sheer delightfulness of this “you” of you that you already are.

Your ignorance keeps you very much in the dark of it all, leaving you trying to make yourself as comfortable as possible from within a very bad and sad situation. The only fact that you have of yourself - this “you” of you - is completely free standing from who you have always thought of as being who you are.

Instead of continuing on as who you think you are - which has not delivered you of who you are; has not brought you home to the heart; has not delivered you of this “you” of you - begin investigating whether what you have taken to be you is really “you”, or not. Find out whether who you think you are is really who you are.

All the arisings of existence arise in this one that is who “you” are. You are not one of these arisings. Your mindbody is one of these arisings, though. But you are not your mindbody; your mindbody arises “in” this “you” of you that is already and currently flowing through the eyes of this arising mindbody.

Your belief in who you think you are is the only thing that has got you suffering the non beingness of who you are. You have taken the shadow to be the real. When the shadow is “seen” - by you - to be a shadow only, then you will stop following it.

You will turn around and discover that the sun which was there all the time is behind your back. Who “you” are is always a 180 degree turn around from where you ordinarily are moving away from - on a momentary basis.

Who you are is this motion of seeing that is flowing through your eyes right now - the seer. Your conscious focus of attention being brought to this motion of aliveness until you come to being deeply at rest at and as this very “seeing” is what will free you from your own bondage to who you think you are.

When you realize that “you” is the “gap” that appears between all arisings, the very backdrop of existence itself, you will come to “see” that you have never been what you thought you were; that who “you” are has always been this unqualified simplicity that is forever here, unbound by anything - total freedom; that without this “you” of you, nothing would be.

You begin to consciously “be” this one that is incarnating into manifestation via this mindbody that you find your self flowing through.
