Fitness is dear to every one in the present era. It had been stated that a fit person is capable to give his best to life. A number of strategies are undertaken to maintain good health and remain fit. It has been rightly stated that intake of balanced diet with good amount of exercise is the golden rule to get fit body and mind. Many kinds of exercises are there; some are good for stomach others are good for legs or heart. One thing to be kept in mind is that every kind of exercise has some effect on every body part. The exercises affect more or less on different parts of body for example cycling is most beneficial in reducing stomach but is beneficial for full body.

Going to gymnasium or health centre is a good option to attain good health. These places are a deck of good exercises equipments. Rowing machine is one of the popular equipment that boosts ones fitness and is helpful in letting you attain good health. The rower pushes his body backwards with the legs; ten pivots his back, and pulls on the handle, causing the flywheel to spin. Depending on the machine the rower either moves back and forth as part of the rowing action, or the rower remains stationary and the flywheel mechanism moves.

The rowing machines have a high seat height, which is very helpful for those who struggle to get up from the ground, where most seat heights are at. The users of the rowing machine are of the view that it has been the most satisfying. The standard measurement of speed on an ergometer is generally known as the "split," or the amount of time in minutes and seconds required traveling 500 meters at a set pace.

Rowing is an intense calorie burning exercise. It is considered as a brilliant weight losing exercise. Rowing machines are an excellent fitness machine that should be included in ones routine.
