It is very true that one should have good amount of exercise in ones daily routine. The amount of exercise does not matter much rather its regularity that is needed to be maintained for effectiveness. Regular exercise is essential to maintain good health.

One thing to remember is that excess of everything is bad. It statement proves in most of the things and even exercising too comer in this category. Some people mostly teenagers get addicted to exercise. They tend to over do exercises in order to maintain good health but they land up in getting affected adversely. Mostly, the teenagers loose too much weight and energy while trying to achieve perfect body.

Exercising becomes addictive and lead to physical and emotional harm. The initial signs of over exercise are exhaustion, which can lead to a build up of fatigue. Protect yourself against some signs that let you know that you are over-exercising. The signs are as follows:

• Feeling irritable if you can’t exercise
• Making exercise your highest priority
• Exercising when injured
• Planning your life around exercise

It has been noted that over-exercising can hurt you physically as you lead to get pulled muscles, stress fractures, knee trauma, shin splints, strained harm strings or ripped tendons. Not to forget among the results of over exercising are the muscle damage, osteoarthritis, even heart problems may be waiting if you continue overdoing with exercising for a long time. It is to always keep in mind that your body has set limits and if you push beyond that limit you might have to face the consequences of over doing exercising and mind it these results can be really hazardous too.
