The couple can plan their travel itinerary to include romantic hideaways, national parks, famous museums, amusement parks, and even old friends. It is not necessary to make reservations for campgrounds, but they can book up quickly during long weekends, holidays and in the summer. State campgrounds offer only basic facilities but may have the most beautiful scenery. RV Parks/Campgrounds usually have a pool or lake. RV Resorts are more expensive and may have a store on site, as well as golf courses, pools, laundry facilities, and hot tubs available. An increasing number are providing Internet, cable and phone hook-ups. After months of hectic wedding planning, a honeymoon road trip is a relaxing way for the bride and groom to start their new life together.
