Nowadays, the Internet plays an important role in our daily life; therefore people make full use of the Internet to start making money online. Online marketing, also known as Internet marketing or e-marketing refers to marketing or promoting products and services over the web. • Affiliate Marketing: Affiliate marketing is a web-based marketing practice in where a business rewards one or more affiliates for each visitor or customer brought about by the affiliate’s marketing efforts, typically from a website or online presence the affiliate operates.
• Blog Marketing: It is the term used to describe Internet marketing via web blogs. These blogs differ from corporate websites because they feature daily or weekly posts, often around a single topic.
• Viral Marketing: Viral marketing or viral advertising refer to marketing techniques that use preexisting social networks to produce increase in brand awareness.
• Pay per Click: In pay per click (PPC), advertisers pay their host only when someone clicks their advertisement.
Online marketing does not simply mean ‘building a website’ or ‘promoting a website’. Somewhere behind that website is a real organization with real goals.
