Fadi Yassmin works on the improvement of the contestant dental aspects. The process generally includes whitening, shaping, and straightening of teeth. If the contestant has a poor vision then the contestants undergo lasik or other eye surgery procedure. There is also an expert dermatologist on the show. The dermatologist overlooks the procedure that ranges from botox and microdermabrasion. Apart from these sometimes there is another expert involved in the show like a career advisor or a trainer.

After these procedures are completed, the contestant is then introduced to the shows glam squad. The glam squad of the show includes the fashion stylist, makeup artist and the hair stylist. The final look is not revealed to the participant. This adds an element of surprise to the show. Especially the look after the make up and the hair styling is revealed to the participant and the audience at the same time.

After the makeover of the participant is completed, the final reveal of the makeover is done. The glam squad and the family members of the participant gather for the final reveal. The participant is first shown a life sized image of themselves that was taken before the makeover. It is then removed to revealing a mirror to the participant. This is when the participant gets to see the first look after the makeover. After this the participant is again made to stand in the see through display case for the people’s opinion. The final average has always been less then the average earlier at least by 10 years and hence the name of the show 10 years younger in 10 days.
