Free Trading Systems - Two Systems That Have Made Millions of Dollars!

                                                                                         

Here we will look at two free trading systems by two trading Richard Donchian and Richard Dennis and they have both made millions of dollars for users and we will review them in this article.

You can buy lots of Forex robots and so called Expert Advisors online and thousands of traders do but they don't work because they rely on back tested simulations which are done knowing the closing prices; making money on paper knowing the closing prices is easy, when you use the systems enclosed you will not only get them free, you will will have the comfort of knowing they have made millions of dollars over more than 25 years.

The first system is the 4 Week Rule devised by Richard Donchian who is seen as the grandfather of modern trend following; it only has one rule so here it is:

Buy a breakout to a new 4 week price high and hold the position. Wait for a 4 week low to be hit and go short, keep reversing shorts and longs as new 4 week highs and lows are hit.

Simple? You couldn't get a simpler system but does it work?

Try it for yourself and you will see it does and it's based on timeless logic which is markets trend for long periods of time and every major trend starts and continues from breakouts. Most people think complex systems are best but there not in Forex trading, because if they are to complex they will have to many elements to break.

Next we will look at the original rules Richard Dennis devised for a group of ordinary people to use and apply in the market to prove anyone could make money trading. After just two weeks study, they used the rules and made hundreds of millions of dollars and you can read the rules free online - does the system still work?

The concepts are sound but since the system was devised, market volatility has increased making them less effective albiet still profitable but you should look at the rules, because if you want to see how a good system and money management is put together, its a great starting point.

Both free trading systems make money and I love the 4 week rule sure, it has drawdown but on a diversified portfolio it delivers outstanding long term gains, On the rules Dennis used, the system works but needs some tweaking in my view to reduce drawdown but any trader should study it from the point of view of building a successful strategy.

So before you think of spending money on hyped Forex robots and Expert Advisor which fail to deliver what they promise, get the two systems above which are the real deal - they make money and there free for anyone to use and that really is a great combination of benefits.
