This is not to say that the product itself is not of good quality. However, be careful about consuming it in large doses and the long-term effects that you may receive from the taurine or any of the other ingredients that one may encounter.

When compared to other energy drinks it performs that same functions and is essentially the same as others of its size and market to which it is promoted.
