What is your purpose?
First of all, it is important to determine your real purpose. Does it represent a specific event or promotion, products and services, or encourage targeted customers to give their feedback? Decide carefully in advance.

Decide the tone
Once you know your purpose, decide the tone for the brochure design. A tone that conveys about a company, event or organization should be decided beforehand. The messages represent reliability, innovation, trendy, etc.

Consistency
A brand image is recreated through consistent use of logos, and fonts. You should take into consideration anything that has been created for the company, event, or organization.

Write meaningful text
It is important to write meaningful and reliable text for your brochure. Information should be visual and readers should absorb information instantly.

Balance text and images
You can add interesting and eye-catching pictures that lock your onlookers’ glance when scanning the piece. Use graphics and pictures to give more clarity to the message. Do not add meaningless thousands of word, get a picture that says a thousand words.

Add quality designs
You can add designs where the brochure will fold. Design texts appropriately to create breathing room. Be aware of overlapping folds since the crossover may not reveal the printed texts.

Use backgrounds and textures carefully
Brochures are mainly designed for giving information. Highlight the message with a supportive background image, texture or color.

Choose fonts that appeal your text
Choose the fonts that support the overall theme or tone of the brochure. Choose font that enhance its readability and theme as well.
