Evening Primrose Oil increases the cervical fluid which then increases fertility. This herb also provides much needed fatty acids. Women who are dry need to increase Evening Primrose Oil and drink lots of water. The sperm will live in this fluid for five days after intercourse thus increasing the chance of pregnancy. After conception it is recommended that you switch to Flax Seed Oil to receive the needed fatty acids.
False Unicorn also helps with cramping and increased fertility levels. It positively affects the ovaries. An additional benefit of False Unicorn is reduced ovarian pain. Red Raspberry Leaf increases the strength of the uterine lining.
There are several herbs which are known to increase fertility in men. Ginseng: Fights impotency and increases male fertility. Test results show an increase in testosterone levels as well as in increase in sperm mobility and sperm count.
Pycnogenol: Increases the quality and function of sperm. Pycnogenol also acts as a super antioxidant. Up to 60% of couples have fertility problems due to sperm abnormalities so Pycnogenal is a great alternative to in vitro fertilization and has a high success rate in helping couples achieve pregnancy. Flax seed Oil: Is recommended for men and women. In men is can increase sperm health and in women it can increase uterine function as well as over all feminine organ health and production.
It is not recommended that you take all of these herbs at one time but that you seek professional help in choosing the best herbs for your body. Most of these herbs come in capsule form, tablets and liquid. There are also fertility blends available that are already mixed and prepared. This takes out any guess work and helps individual choose a blend that may work for them. Be sure to read any warning labels and still ask for your physicians help in choosing.
