Such factors are totally against spamming, therefore those interested in building high quality links through spamming will not benefit as much they desire.

You can constitute that link profile, its quantity, quality and maturity is what that matters for domain name success. If all the above aspects are done in correct manner than you are surely going to get higher ranking. Sometimes company name is used in URL, which is very good idea. It makes for the visitors to find your website easily on world wide web thus increasing chances for huge visitor base.
