Website design needs discipline of the elements which constitute the whole website. A web design is a visual identity of an organization and should have a clear visual before start. Below are the few elements which need to be focused upto best of knowledge.

Layout of the page

Inspiration: - If you are designing a professional website such as for doctors, lawyers or dentist then you are not left with much choice. The level of creativity and innovation in design also depends upon the site owner, how much he is ready to try something new. Though the web designer needs some independence to express themselves but concern of website owner should also be respected. As the probability of acceptance of new thing is equivalent to its rejection probability.
For inspiration and ideas designers refer to other websites targeting same niche. But careful your design should not match any other website.
Layout of the page:- It is like setting up a model of the page. Normally the layout of the page is a structure which sets a navigation menu, header, footer, body of page with content, etc.
It is essential to distinguish in the template which is invariable elements, identical on all pages, or variables from one page to another.
Graphic chart :- Graphics includes font size, colors, text appearance, buttons, images and relative positioning of the items placed on the page.
Model: - A dummy website with everything that a website contains. It represents the website without any content but let you navigate through website.
