Client Interviews
Those who have cleared the technical interview and reference checks are sent for the final interview, i.e. with the client. The client may choose to conduct tests or interviews based on their needs.

A continuous follow up with the client is done to ensure that the right candidate has been chosen and that the recruitment process is carried forward without any problems.
