So you’re going to the chapel, and you’re gonna get married? Eh? How are you going to get there? In your six-year-old Honda Civic? Maybe you’ll be hitching a ride with your Mom in her new Nissan Altima? Or maybe, you can make this day special from the beginning to the end by being chauffeured from your home to the hair dresser to the wedding site to the reception and finally off to your honeymoon in a limousine reserved to be available to you for the entire day!
Many couples have a limousine transport them from the wedding reception to the bridal suite only to realize that they have missed out on truly enjoying the pleasure and luxury of a limousine because they are so tired, overwhelmed, and preoccupied by finally spending their first private moments together as man and wife. Many brides report that they regret not having reserved the limousine for the entire wedding day experience.
Imagine waking up on the day that you’ve dreamed of your entire life, excited and ready to get things rolling. You walk outside to see a sharply dressed, professional driver waiting to help you into your coach. The driver introduces himself and lets you know that the day belongs to you. He shows you the minibar inside the limo, encouraging you to enjoy a light cocktail to help you relax. He has your schedule for the day and will see to it that you are exactly where you need to be, when you need to be there.
Suddenly, you wish you’d taken your vocal lessons more seriously, as this rock star lifestyle is starting to feel very nice.
You first stop: the home of your best friend and maid of honor. She is giddy with excitement and so pleased to be sharing this special day with you. You start showing off the many features in your coach, and before you know it, your limousine is filled with several of your best friends on the way to the salon to have your hair, nails, and makeup done.
After you have finished at the salon, you stop to have a light lunch at a quaint little bistro. As you pull up in your limousine, all looking fabulous, everyone stops to stare. “Who are these gorgeous women? They must be in town to film a new romantic comedy?”
Finally, you head to the church, where you will transform as if Cinderella going to the ball into the most beautiful sight your groom-to-be has ever laid his eyes on. The photographer is there each step of the way, documenting the transformation from the bubbling beauty that emerged from the limousine to the ravishing princess ready to wed her prince.
After the ceremony, you and your new husband walk through a line of excited well wishers to send you into your awaiting limousine. Your driver, completely professional, giving the newlyweds complete privacy by raising the glass between you. Your first intimate moments as husband and wife are spent in the luxury of a limousine. You pour a drink and toast to the happily ever after that you are destined for. You have the driver take the long way to the reception hall. You are in no hurry. He is happy to oblige.
You finally arrive at the reception hall and make your grand entrance like Cinderella and Prince Charming arriving at the ball. You dance your first dance, share a magical evening, and then you are ready to leave. Your bridal suite awaits you. You throw the bouquet, praying it’s magic happens to the most deserving of your friends, and make your escape. The friendly face of your chauffeur dutifully opens the door. You wave goodbye one last time, and he drives you away into wedded bliss.
It’s your day. Make it as magical as you possibly can; enjoy it from start to finish in a limousine.
