Is it simply the feeling of that warm water that one submerges into when one immerses into a Jacuzzi?

Then perhaps it is the combination of that buoyancy and semi buoyancy effect.

What advantages are there from using a Jacuzzi regularly?

It helps to keep ones weight down. Makes ones body more fit and trim. Provides relief to stressed muscles and Joints and releases tension. Great pick you up. Makes you sleep better. Avoids cramp in your legs and back. I know of quite a few people who suffer from cramp in their sleep but do not if they use a Jacuzzi.
