It's these strong values that have allowed Goodwill Industries to help communities all over America so effectively during the last century, securing them a place in the hearts and minds of the American public.

This is really what Goodwill Industries is all about - job training, job placement and education in general. They try to give a "hand up" instead of a "handout." In today's competitive job market, having up to date job skills is more important than ever.

The values they try to follow are: partnership, respect, advocacy, innovation, stewardship, and ethics.

These are all great values that represent what Rev. Edgar Helms was trying to start in this country over one hundred years ago. It's good to know they're still alive and well today as Goodwill Industries tries to live up to these values and instill them in people from all over.
