You must always aim to do this because low quality letterheads will always look bad and amateurish, hampering its ability to be effective. • Update periodically – Finally you must always try to be flexible and dynamic with letterhead printing. As time goes by, letterheads will look old and past its prime. Hence you always see firms updating their color letterheads to keep themselves looking brand new and competitive. You must also do this with your letterheads to keep them effective all the time. A yearly change with logo enhancements and contact details updates should be good enough to make your color letterheads constantly effective and impressive as well.
