Private companies need to get a license form the government. Government selects them based on funds and other factors, so that customer can get his claims. Some of companies may show them bankrupt later. So we should buy insurance from only licensed companies. We can purchase auto insurance from agents of different insurance companies. Vehicle manufactures also provide the insurance facility. Its choice of person form whom he buys and what type of insurance plan he needed.
