Booklet printing is especially popular as marketing collaterals if you’re trying to set yourself as a business that is an expert in your industry. If you want to provide as much information as you can, you can do so with print booklets.

However, you also should realize that not all information is created equal. There is such a thing as value in the information you provide in your print booklets. It’s not just writing volumes and volumes of content to astound your target readers of your knowledge of your particular field; it takes valuable and useable information to keep your readers asking for more.

So before you start writing away, here are a few do’s and don’ts when writing your content in your booklet printing:

Be sure to have a catchy headline.
This is always the very first thing that you should do when writing your content. Why? Because your headline is the very first thing that your target clients will read in your print booklets. A snappy yet simple headline that encompasses your message in one line can go a long way in getting your readers attracted to what you have to say.

Put your benefits before your features.
You know that you need to give information on the features of your products and services; however, attracting your target readers’ attention asks that you put all the benefits of your business. What’s in it for them? That should be the basic question that your booklet printing must answer if you want to generate leads from your marketing campaign.

Provide the facts.
Even if your print booklet is a marketing tool, it doesn’t mean that you have to hype your information in order to get the attention of your target clients. Consumers in general are weaned from glossy advertising and false sales speeches that they always get turned off when they see them in advertising materials. On the other hand, providing your target readers with just the facts, with clear and concise content, you’ll more than likely win them over to your offer.

Do make your contact information very visible.
Although you’re making sure that you’re providing plenty of valuable information to your readers, also make sure that you don’t forget to include your contact information in your collaterals. The basic premise to this is so that your target clients will be able to get in touch with you right after reading your message.

The point: providing your target clients with information can make you experts in the eyes of your readers. However, providing valuable and useful information is more the key to getting them interested in what you have to say so they’ll do what you’ve asked of them.
