We have learned many things from Ayurveda. This affords us insights on the main causes for becoming sick, depressed, and anxious. While we may feel that our discernment of modern-day medicine is brilliant, we still manage to get sick, just as we have throughout history.

In addition, many modern medicines result in side effects or unusual negative effects that we do not detect until much time has gone by. When modern medication does not look to be making us well, there are alternate things we can do.

First, we must understand the six primary degrees of sickness.
Ayurvedic teachings explain the following:

Sanchaya (accumulation)
The accumulation is a direct outcome of making too many unfavorable choices. If we eat up too much, become dependent to bad substances, or let anger and frustration to have power over us, among others, the first phase of illness begins.

Prakopa (aggravation)
If left without treatment, the accumulation increases and compounds. We then start to experience aggravation.

Prasara (overflow & spread)
Pursuing aggravation, the following stage is the spread and flood of bad substances, unhealthy foods, and other dark energy that is running uncontrollable throughout the body.

Sthana Samsraya (depositing & relocating)
At this point, therapy can be rapidly achieved. Notwithstanding, if aid is not quickly received, things can get a lot worse.

Vyakti (manifestation)
This is the stage when difficulty really begins. The manifestation period can be discovered by established doctors. They will commonly seek to diagnose the illness. Nonetheless, if the diagnosis is not quick enough, the disease will have already elevated and the therapeutic period may take a lot longer.

Bheda (complications & damage to the organs)
Finally, if not addressed, or if intervention calls for a considerable amount of time to implement, complications & harm to the organs may occur. Oftentimes, the sufferer will begin experiencing complications and experiencing the bodily effects of the malady.

State-of-the-art physicians usually prescribe medications to us. While the medicine may work, there is always the possibility of side effects. The underlying issues, of course, will not vanish until we ultimately change our unhealthy routines and bad lifestyle selections.

Ayurvedic treatments can be very effective. There are specialists all over the world who are willing to attend to anybody requiring therapy. The procedures include detoxification, rejuvenation, purification, and cleansing processes to both heal as well as reinstate us to our true, peaceful, and harmonious state of being.

People who are intrigued by this approach should learn about Ayurveda and everything connected with this natural curative methodology.
