There has been a well known notion existing that there is a great power in collective decision making rather than the decision which is taken from one single individual. It is quite obvious that there is a power in the collective decision making. People find it very easy that the team thinking is but obvious than the individual thinking. The individuality is very much important for the purpose of self preservation when you are very much aware about the concept and you are confident that you can master the art. It is important to note the fact that the creative people must definitely possess the ability to confirm their strength without much dependence on others. There are certain areas wherein you need to realize the importance of the situation it is very much important to note the fact that you need to stand up for or against eth team when you are very much sure that you are right. The other thing what you can assess with yourself is to talk to yourself and then you will conveniently go in for compromises. Do you take into consideration everybody’s words and listen to them properly before you form your conclusions about a situation. Do you try and adjust your opinions so that it coincides with the opinions of your group. Incase you feel that you cannot completely and rely on the guidance of the group in a smooth way then it is important to seek a replacement of the team because there is no point to every time think about the fact that the will the team consider my point of view. Incase you do not take up this step then it is important to consider the fact that you need to develop a very good talent for yourself so that you can always bear the criticisms about yourself.
