The Moon is mentioned in the Bible 41 times, 32 times in the Old Testament and nine times in the New Testament.
The Moon is mentioned in the Noble Quran 25 times
Both, Joel 2:31 and Acts 2:20 say that the sun will be turned to darkness and the moon to blood.
Verse 16:12 says that Allah has constrained the sun and the moon to be of service unto you.

Joel 2:31 in four different versions of the Bible:

English Standard Version
31The sun shall be turned to darkness and the moon to blood before the great and awesome day of the LORD comes.
King James Version
31The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and terrible day of the LORD come.

Acts 2:20 in four different versions of the Bible:
New International Version
20The sun will be turned to darkness and the moon to blood before the coming of the great and glorious day of the Lord.

The smart reader finds out that the New Testament is quoted word by word from the Old Testament.
The Bible talks about a phenomenon that is when the sun becomes dark the Moon will become Blood.
As far as I know, if the sun becomes dark, the moon too will become dark; the light of the moon is just a reflection from the sun. However, I will leave the specialists in Astronomy to study this Biblical phenomenon that is a Dark Sun with Bloody Moon

Verse 16:12 of the Noble Quran in four different translations:
QARIB: he has subjected to you the night, the day, the sun and the moon. the stars are subjected by his command. surely, in that there is a sign for a nation who understands.
SHAKIR: and he has made subservient for you the night and the day and the sun and the moon, and the stars are made subservient by his commandment; most surely there are signs in this for a people who ponder;
PICKTHAL: and he hath constrained the night and the day and the sun and the moon to be of service unto you, and the stars are made subservient by his command. lo! herein indeed are portents for people who have sense.
YUSUFALI: he has made subject to you the night and the day; the sun and the moon; and the stars are in subjection by his command: verily in this are signs for men who are wise.
The verse says that:
Allah has constrained the night and the day and the sun and the moon to be of service unto you, to be subservient to you, and the stars are made subservient by His command, by His leave. (Lo! Herein) in the subservience of that which Allah has mentioned (indeed are portents) signs (for people who have sense) for people who act and believe that it is Allah who made all these things subservient.
