Why do you act the way you always act? Who made this "you"? How did you make your concept of "I" in the beginning? Why do you always act the way you act? You have formed a character, a collection of ideas and descriptions that you and others know as "you". Your "I", has been formed from the day you were born.

"I" can be written with solid lines and it can be written with broken lines. What do these represent? The solid-lined "I" represents self, reality, and illusion, and the non-solid I, the disappearing I, represents selflessness, beyond ordinary reality, and truth. You must break the illusion of the solid "I" to reclaim your freedom!!!

If you want to unlock the steel box around your heart, you must change your old patterns of perception and behavior. Some people don't want to change. They are afraid they won't recognize themselves. Who is that who is not acting like I usually act? You must give up the need to be recognized in this way. How do you do this?

Everything associated with the "I" must go, so do not create boundaries between self and others, or feed your ego. Let go of the idea of controlling others or being controlled by others. Why are you so critical about everything and everyone? You are so very critical because you do not have enough love and compassion for yourself.

We get polluted through our life. We find things to entertain us, distract us from knowing our true self, or spending time loving our self. Are you willing to take steps to break the illusion? What if you took your mask off? Are you afraid that people won't like you, that you won't like you? Fear of the fear creates more fear. Don't create fear-- be aware of your fears. Creating layer upon layer of fear you become a target for poisoned arrows. Being rigidly in "reality" you become a fragile target, easy to be hurt. The devil, (all evil and mean thoughts), comes because you give him a target.

When you set yourself up as a target, you have 1,000 arrows coming at you from the outside. But the worst arrows come from the inside, from your own heart. If you are afraid to love, or afraid to be loved, nothing will be well. Then you have locked your heart inside a steel box. Then you just live in fear and are miserable because of the fear you have created. Come out of that fear and you will live! Are you willing to take steps to defeat the fear? Are you willing to take the steps to break the illusion? You can choose to come out of the steel box where you stored your original heart and then lost the key. No one else can break out of the steel box for you, you must break out yourself. Can you let go of the illusion?

If you are so busy with illusion and distraction, you do not spend enough time or energy to open the lock. You will have to break down the target. Are you willing to let go of the target, the layers of fear surrounding your heart, even though there will be pain? It is your choice. You are your own prisoner. Do you know how to live on the outside, in freedom? If you become confused, don't beat yourself up. Enjoy the confusion and enjoy releasing the need to know all, all the time. Let go of the need not to be confused, to let yourself be yourself. It's not just yes, or no. You are always changing. Don't be so critical, have fun, and be passionate and have love for yourself. You can get caught up in a whirlpool, going round and round searching for the answers, trying not to be confused, but the harder you struggle against the pull, the deeper you descend. You must flip round and round in the whirlpool until you give up the need to recognize and be recognized, in the original way, the way you have been. Remember that even life is an illusion. You must float through the whirlpool, not fight it, so you can rise back up to the top and regain your freedom from the downward spiral.

Break the illusion to create your freedom! Unlock the steel box and live in freedom!
