How long does happiness stay with you? If you can laugh out loud, then everyone else can pick p on it and join in. Then it becomes strong. The more you think about sadness, the more sadness you will experience. The more happy you are, the longer your happiness will last. When you feel happy enjoy and feel the sweetness! Don't question whether you deserve it – once you start to question you stray from the happiness channel. Self-doubt is a happiness killer. Once you truly believe you deserve it, you will stay on the channel! First manifest the happiness, then share the happiness, then the happiness will return to you.

If you sense fear in someone else always manifest happiness. Reach out to calm people's minds. In that way you will heal. Send happiness back. Choose happy, happy. Like attracts like; if you are happy then you will attract happy people. If your heart and mind start to manifest fear, you will send out negativity, and something bad will happen. You will attract what you manifest.

If you want to be happy, plant the seed of happiness in your heart. Do not give up hope. Continue to plant the seed right up to the end. Don't give in no matter what the circumstance! Don't ever give in! You have to be able to see the joke. If you plant the seed then out in the universe 10,000 molecules will gather to manifest happiness for you. Always keep the spark of happiness in the bottom of your heart. Keep it there! Then if you are in a bad situation you can pull that spark out.

Focus! Follow your heart, enhance, nurture and grow the seed. Stay on the path! Go where your happiness lies. By planting one seed you are affecting much more than just yourself, you are sending ripples of happiness out across the universe! When you are really down produce just one seed of joy and then protect it with your life! If you can focus on what you want (and not on what you don't want) then you can manifest it. Then eventually the universe will construct your dream.

Human nature tends to focus on the negative. Once you think "I don't have…" it brings more negative. So, do you know what you want? Protect it, strengthen it and your dream will come true. If something comes up that you don't want, don't focus on it. Then it won't attract more power. Don't give the negative strength. As soon as you feel doubt – don't! Turn it around. Catch yourself and turn it around! Focus on what you want, focus on how much you want and that you can do it. When you think "maybe" then you attract negativity.

EXERCISE: Take a few minutes and think about what you want. Really create a picture in your mind of what you want. Write it down. For the next 3-4 weeks think it 3 times every day.

One happy thought can create a wonderful life. Don't let one negative thought land on you. Take a step back and smile. Stay focused, don't let the static in! No matter what comes in select the good, happy channel! Truly believe and have discipline; continuously be happy! It's always here, you just have to experience it. Believe what you believe and don't persecute others who do not believe the same – nurture and focus on your belief!
