The company must be owned and managed by honest experienced and competent people. Network Marketing companies come and go and there is no way of knowing which ones will last but the ones that fail almost always fail because someone made a bad decision or decisions.

There should already be a market for your product or service. If there isn't already a demand you will have to create one before you can sell anything. It's much easier to sell something to people who already want something than it is to first convince them that they want it.

The company should have something that sets it apart from the others, something unique. This is what you will use as your selling point. It should also be always coming out with something new. Something that creates a sense of urgency, an impending event that you can always be promoting.
