As many people will tell you who suffer from arthritis the main problem they have is finding effective pain relief. Many of these people are now looking for a natural pain relief treatment that works more effectively than any drug available at the present time. They are also looking for one that will help to repair the joints infected as well as improving their mobility.

The main symptoms of arthritis is the inflammation of the joints, which results in pain, swelling and redness. If it is not treated effectively, the problem will only get worse because the cartilage and its protective joint capsule become more eroded.
However there is a product called Cetyl Myristoleate and is made from a form of fatty acid which can be found both naturally in plants and animal tissue. It forms part of the precursor to the prostaglandin hormone, which regulates a number of the body’s functions including pain relief and reduction of inflammation to the body. What this product does like any essential fatty acid is that it provides the body with pain relief and also acts as an anti-inflammatory agent.

Because it is an essential fatty acid it also helps in the maintenance and production of synovial fluid (which helps to lubricate the bodies joints), and which is also involved in helping the body’s natural pain relief process as well as producing the anti-inflammatory hormone called prostaglandins.
You will also find that Cetyl Myristoleate contains sulfur which another essential part of a good nutritional diet as this helps to make collagen, cartilage, connective tissue in the body as well as hair and nails.

You will find that you can purchase this either in capsule form (to be taken orally) or as a cream which you rub directly on to the affected area. The cream not only penetrates to the joint very quickly, but in some cases people have reported that there has been a significant reduction in the pain they are feeling in less than half an hour. It also provides another benefit to the body’s muscles and connective tissue of the joints by allowing them to move more freely and thus help to promote better joint mobility.

So not only has it been found to help reduce the pain felt by the patient but it also helps to reduce inflammation around the affected site, as well as improving the patient’s range of movement and mobility.
