Well a big event that you have been waiting for has finally arrived and then you wake up to realise that you have a large number of spots on your face. If you have a build up of toxins within the body then this is not going to do you any favours at all and these need to be eliminated from the body. You can remove these toxins quite easily and this can be done by drinking lots of water and eating lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. This will include eating citrus fruits as they are packed with essential vitamins that will help to heal the skin very effectively and to help reduce the build up of toxins within the body also.
There are a number of things that you can do to help your spots such as to avoid not picking or squeezing them. This can remove some of the pus that exists within the spot, but it will also cause the skin to become damaged and this can lead to permanent scarring.
It is very important that you are keeping your skin as clean as possible and if you apply make up to your skin then you need to make sure that it is being removed before you go to sleep. Use a chemical free cleanser to remove your make up and also to remove any excess build up of grime and dirt that exists within the pores.
As mentioned already make sure that you are always drinking lots of water and you cannot be drinking too much water on a daily basis. Water will help to remove the bacteria that exists within the skin and from that are within the bloodstream meaning that you will help prevent any future breakouts.
Also if your spots are quite severe and you are finding that you need to take some medicated prescription based treatments then you need to give these treatments time to take effect. Just like with any treatment there are no overnight successes and as well as using good treatments you also need to be looking at exercising some patience.
And there is always the power of garlic as a means to deal with your acne. You can simply rub this onto your skin. The power of raw garlic should not be underestimated and it really can help to get rid of your acne. Or you can actually take garlic whole with a glass of water. This will really help to cleanse the body and to help remove any toxins and impurities that are within the body.
