Your CV is a marketing tool designed to get you interviews, so every bit of information on it should be selling your value to potential employers. For this reason, your CV should only contain personal information relevant to your job target. Including political or religious associations and/or affiliations on your CV is a gamble, so you are well advised to leave such information off. List only information and experiences that help sell you as a candidate for your targeted job.

Include personal information only if it is the main thrust of your CV or a bona-fide occupational qualification. For example, if you're currently pursuing a management position and held management or leadership roles with religious or political organizations, you can consider including these experiences on your CV as they would be directly relevant to your targeted role. However, if you don't know the organization's culture or the recruiting manager's possible biases, omit any personal information that will not add to your qualifications. You don't want to lose a chance at your dream job because of a recruiting manager's possible biases.
