You need someone who is honest, responsible and service oriented. Beware of agents who actually do things behind your back so that they get better commission while you get a bad deal. Also, do not go for Realtor's who only work for one or certain developers, as you may not be able to view many more other condos in the market which they are not suppose to be selling, but may suit you perfectly.

When you are viewing the condos that you may be buying, try making friends with your future neighbors. You might be able to see why these units are for sales, is it for a positive or a negative reason. Look around the surrounding of the building, like the car park, to find out if there is any sign of violence happened around the area before.

Do not rush into things; ensure all areas are properly addressed before you dig out your hard earned money. Having a roof over your head isn’t like buying fish in the market, do a thorough research first before you head on to view your dream house.
