A good thing that you can do is to obtain a humidifier as this will ensure that there is sufficient moisture content with the air in your home.
Take care when it comes to taking a bath or shower. You may like to have a long soak from time to time, but excess bathing in hot water and strip away the essential oils that your skin needs in order to stay soft and supple. In order to prevent dryness from bathing, you need to make sure that the temperature of the water is much cooler than it already is and you are also reducing your time in the bath or the shower itself.
