The epithet goes that leadership is a virtue. A leadership is a virtue not only on the perspective of the leader himself. It is a virtue that inspires others and leads them in reaching their goals and objectives. An organization is a clutter of different individuals working in a team. The employees hail from different educational and family background and have separate approach to life. Each individual have separate approach to solving a particular problem. The role of a leader is to assemble every positive quality of the other members in an organization and to bring the best out of them.

Every individual is blessed with some virtue which if utilized successfully can deliver the best services and output. A leader by the dint of his merit and interaction with the subordinates bring the best out of them.

The best test of a leader could be judged by his participation in team building. A leader commands respect not by the dint of his designation or by imposing his authority over others but by sheer interaction with subordinates. The catch lies in the fact that this free intermingling with subordinates should not give the latter an opportunity to exercise an influence over their leader. On the other hand, it is the responsibility of the leader to get the deliverables out of them. Sometimes, team building requires you to be cold and a leader has to exercise his authoritative prowess to get the jobs done. But at the same time, he should never make the subordinates feel to be dominated.

Importance should be given to their opinion and their suggestions should be implemented after judging their various pros and cons. This would help the team members feel important and they would feel to be an integral part of the team and maximize their output.

The most important virtue of a leader is to remain unperturbed in difficulties. If the situation demands, he should not divulge negative feedbacks to the subordinates as it often disrupts their mental framework and retards their performance. It is the strength and confidence of the leader that ultimately helps the pothers get over difficulties and achieve their individual as well as group goals within the organization.
