It is the responsibility of a leader to ensure continuous development of all the team members. A continuous development in terms of the productivity and job satisfaction is a positive indicator of company’s growth. By helping the team members to grow, the leader also helps the entire organization to flourish.

Chasing Common Goals:
A good leader must be visionary and effectively express the ultimate goals to his or her team members. Apart from oral expression, a leader must express vision with the behavior and applies it to different leadership contexts.

Influences Mutual Relationships:
A leader influences mutual relationships among team members. He or she cultivates the habit of listening and expressing meaningful feedback in the team so that members can trust each other.


Facing challenges:
A leader willingly accepts the challenges in order to achieve the chances of success. He or she inspires team members to face the emerging challenges.

Group Interests:
In a team building process, there must be effective communications, sense of stability, setting common achievable goals, and sharing of knowledge. These quality help in building common interests of a group and members feel comfortable in the company of the other.
