If you want to attract helping hands, an ice chest full of cold beer and a smoky grill full of hot dogs and burgers works way better then cash. This particularly holds true with the 21-26 age group. Remember though, that the number one golden rule is work first then party later, because doing it the other way around always leads to productivity problems.
