Lots of fruits and vegetables do contain lots of minerals and vitamins that help to break up fatty tissue, as well as improve digestion, the immune system and also help to eliminate toxins. The types of foods that you should be eating are tomatoes, berries, carrots, grapefruit and lots of leafy vegetables.

Then you will need to be eating foods that are high in fatty acids, such as soya, fish and also nuts. Nuts are very high in fatty acids especially almonds and these should be a part of your diet.

You can also detox your body where you eat only specific foods for a certain period of time, say two weeks. Essentially you only eat some fruits and juices. But before you embark on such a program you need to take advice from your doctor as some detox programs if not controlled can be dangerous to the body.

When it comes to foods that you need to avoid, you need to stay away from foods such as fat from pork meat. This also includes foods that are processed and very fatty and unhealthy such as burgers, chips and pizza. Even though such foods are tasty, they will not help your cellulite. Eating such foods is also going to increase the toxin levels in your body and this again is not going to help you.
