Does this sometimes happen to you? You find that everything is okay then suddenly you notice that your skin becomes dry and your delicate hands start to become very rough and even start to crack.

So what do you do? Well in most cases you would reach out for your hand cream, that you have been using for as long as time can tell. But then you realise something very important. This cream is not actually doing anything for your cracked hands.

But no you notice that it is not just your hands that are beginning to feel rough, but also your face too. In an ideal world it would be prefect to have a range of skin care products that can actually help to keep dry skin away and to leave your skin feeling soft, moisturised and also hydrated.

Not only this but such creams would actually protect your skin in all seasons so you have daily skin care protection against the various harmful elements.

It might seem to be a very difficult task in locating such creams and lotions for your skin, hands and body, but they are available. You just need to know where they are. The simplest thing that you can do in order to determine that the products that you are using will be of any real use is to read the labels and to be aware of the ingredients that are contained within it.

If you have been using skin care products that are not proving to be very effective then it is perhaps a sign that you may need to change the skin care products that you use.

But given the information so far, just what actually makes a skin care cream better or worse than another? Well the key difference is the ingredients that are used, and the ingredients that your skin needs are essential oils, plant extracts, water as well as vitamins and minerals.

One of the best sources for the skin in helping for it to be soft and supple is actually Vitamin E. This is a great antioxidant and it is known to work very well indeed and allowing to heal the skin.

This vitamin is found in many skin care products and as well as this you should also consider using grape seed oil, as this is very light and absorbs into the skin at a fast right, allowing the healing to take place from within and this is what is needed.

Another advantage of grape seed oil is that because it is absorbed into the skin very quickly it acts as a natural barrier and so provides a barrier in preventing dirt out and keeping moisture in. Grape seed oil is also an antioxidant which means that it helps to fight off free radicals and therefore helps to minimise the fine lines that appear on the face.

In summary you do need skin care products that work deep within the layers of the skin and not those that just work on the surface of the skin.
