The business of providing courier services has boomed in the past few years. It has become an important need for nearly all the small and large, private and government firms. People no longer have to wait for a long time to receive their goods nor do they have to be tensed regarding the safety of their valuables. But there are certain barriers which affect the proper working and the expansion of these courier services. Technical problems like lack of proper equipments, staff, information regarding the region and the costs affect the services and their expansion to other places.
