Samsung X820: Get The Thinnest, Be The Smartest

                                                                                         

With all the phones that are available in the market have a thickness of at least 20 mm, a revolution was created by the MotoRazr in the market which was just 14 mm thick. But now a phone has been made which has a thickness half that of the MotoRazr and has caused quite a stir in the mobile market. This is the Samsung X820.

With a thickness of about just 7mm, the Samsung X820 has wonderful specifications which would surprise everybody. Despite being so thin, the Samsung X820 feels solid enough and is nice to hold. It's worth noting that as well as being the world's thinnest phone, it's also the lightest. This is due to its small volume and the use of plastic instead of metal in the casing that the Samsung X820 feels like a feather. It is available in black, blue, silver and pink colours.

There’s a 2 mega pixel camera in the Samsung X820. Whilst this can't compete with the top of the range of smartphones, it's still a good camera for a contract phone and takes excellent pictures. The video camera is also excellent, with a high resolution of 355 x 288 pixels. Images and videos are displayed very nicely on the bright TFT display, which is large at 1.9 inches, handles 262k colours and is high resolution.

There is no memory card slot in the Samsung X820 but it has an 80 MB shared memory which is quite much to serve the purpose of the users. 3.7 MB memory is available for the messages only so the users do not have to delete any messages from their dear ones. Memory can also be used to save great pictures and videos that are clicked by the 2 mega pixel camera in the Samsung X820. Since the phone also has an MP3 player installed, you can save songs in your phone and hear them through the speakers or the stereo headset. Data can be transferred to and from other devices with the help pf GPRS, EDGE, Bluetooth and a USB port present in the phone. SMS, MMS, Emailing, WAP browser etc are also enabled in the Samsung X820. Battery backup is up to 210 hours in standby mode and up to 2 h 30 min while talking.

Samsung X820 is one of the smartest gadgets that you can get in such a price. It is so light that you won’t even realise you are carrying a mobile phone.
