Gurgaon real estate developers are in a soup. On one side, the overall economic indicators are indicating negative trends in the economy while on the other hand, the demand for real estate has been going down with no signs of recovery at least for the next one year.
Most of the projects are suffering from lack of interest from the buyer side. According to market experts, more than one-third of the residential units in the newly constructed projects in Gurgaon are lying vacant. The property builders, however, do not reveal this and canvass prospective buyers saying that only a few units are available for sale, Abhijeet Singh, a Gurgaon property broker informed.
Also, if a buyer negotiates well, chances are that he strikes a reasonable deal, at this point of time.
