When writing a CV it is imperative that you create a page that is clear and represents you in the most flattering way to your prospective boss. As with most things your interviewer isnt going to wade through sheets of irrelavent about you. They need to understand why you would be the best candidate for the job and you need to be in a position to provide them that in a bite sized CV of one or two sides.

Ahead of writing your perfect CV there are a few things that you should think about.
· As mentioned before, you need to provide only sufficient information, so that the prospective employer wants to find out more about you.
· Research the job, so that you have an idea of the minimum educational needs, and know that you can live on the starting pay of the job. Use the internet as a resource to find out material about the company your interested in, or if you are in contact with employees working in the type of work you are interested in, find out what they are doing everyday and what they feel is the most important credential for the role.
· If the company you are about to work for has a web site, study the material given on it, so you can get a better feel for how the business wants to be percieved. You can then customise your CV to pick up on the businesses ethos and let any in touch interviewer that you have put in some work, ahead of going along to the interview.
