It is a medical method of respiratory ventilation and is also used with intensive care patients or those with respiratory issues. The CPAP machine generates air that forces the throat tissue by providing a support to hold back the tongue and open the soft tissue that obstructed the throat and thus enables smooth and easy breathing.

Many patients hesitate to use CPAP Machines when prescribed, only because of the mask, but feeling well and healthy is worth the transition getting used to the mask.
