Ingredients

Tomato
Mayonaise
Salt
Pepper
Ritz Roasted Vegetable Crackers


Directions

1- Cut tomato in slices
2- Cut each tomato slice into 4 wedges
3- Place a thin layer of mayonaise on vegetable crackers
4- Add 1 tomato wedge on top of each mayo cracker
5- Sprinkle with a little salt and a little pepper

Taste great with fresh ripe tomatoes
